War & Peace

Projects

A primary project of The War and Peace Foundation in 2004 will continue to be the publication of the War and Peace Digest, our international bi-monthly paper that maintains a current membership of over 10,000, which includes numerous United Nations delegations, departments, and offices, various NGOs, and several universities, in addition to private recipients.

Our booklets to be completed and published this year will be:

  1. All about Nuclear Energy. A lesson in Nuclear Energy and the Dangers of Radiation.
  2. The Arthur Brackman Reader. Anthology of works by media critic Arthur Brackman.
  3. Liberty Challenged. A study of human and civil rights in light of past efforts to attain them, while exploring the present day Patriot Act and Homeland Security Act.

In 2004, we intend to create a much more cohesive network through utilizing our prime west village location.

We will hold meetings, forums, and share information to create a more viable anti-war front in NYC and beyond.

In 2004, we will be promoting our books, reports, public actions, and continue to get the word out on many issues—immediately our current nuclear crisis. We will have many interchanges with our NGO associates, our community, and our subscribers.
